1. Use of Services & Infrastructure

Metis AI Labs provides research, software, and managed infrastructure, such as Metis Prism and MetisPrism Compute,focused on AI workload intelligence, disaggregated inference, and data acceleration. You agree not to misuse our infrastructure for malicious compute tasks, unauthorized data distillation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or AI safety guidelines.

2. Intellectual Property & Open Source

Our proprietary optimization models, kernel synthesis tools, and predictive algorithms are the exclusive property of Metis AI Labs. We also actively contribute to the open-source community in areas like adaptive distribution and verifiable AI safety. Any open-source software we release is subject to its respective open-source license agreements.

3. Disclaimers & Limitations

Given the experimental and rapidly evolving nature of frontier AI optimization, our information and beta services are provided "as is" without any warranties. Metis AI Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our predictive models or compute orchestration platforms.
